1. Large Table & Group Bookings
For group bookings of 8 or more guests, we require a deposit of £5 per Adult to secure your reservation. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day.
All cancellations given less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable

We understand that circumstances change — where we can, we'll always try to accommodate rescheduling rather than cancellation.
2. Shop Purchases
If you've purchased a product from our shop, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

3. Perishable & Food Items
Please note that perishable goods (including food and drink products) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described on arrival.
